Class Description

Opa! Take a trip with me to Greece, experiencing the best part of vacations (the food) without packing a suitcase! I will lead you through creating a four-course, family-style dinner of traditional Greek dishes, then we’ll eat and drink together. Come hungry and ready to learn!

Menu

• Pita with Tzatziki - cucumber and yogurt dip

• Greek Salad with Marinated Feta

• Moussaka - eggplant-based dish with spices, meat, veggies and bechamel sauce

• Baklava - rich and sweet dessert pastry

• Ouzo - Greek liquor

• Class Cost: $30 per ticket or two tickets for $55

Rules, Tools and Booze:

• Libations: Feel free to bring beer, wine or any drinks you want along with you. I’ll provide ouzo!

• What to bring with you: One medium container with you just in case we have leftovers.

• What you’ll take home: Recipes along with cooking tips and tricks. Oh, and leftovers if there are any!
