Class Description: On your mark, get set, BAKE! Come learn how to be a star baker with me in Feed Me Creative's beautiful Brookside kitchen. Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood called and said they won’t be able to join us, but if they did, they’d surely say, “Nice bake.”, “Lovely.” and “Scrumptious.” And, of course we’d get a hand shake from Paul.

Together we'll wear British hats (optional) drink tea, listen to The Beatles and bake!

What we’ll bake, eat and drink:

• Victoria Sponge Cake - Mary Berry and Queen Victoria’s favorite sandwich cake with raspberry jam and whipped cream.

• Fougasse - A crusty leaf-shaped flatbread similar to focaccia that is a show-stopper on any table.

• Hot Tea - We’ll drink like the British do. Up to you if you want to add sugar and milk and speak with a British accent.

Rules, Tools and Booze:

• Feel free to bring beer, wine or whatever you like drinking along with you. I'll provide LaCroix and hot tea.

• You don't need to bring any kitchen tools or containers with you for this class. I'll provide everything needed and we'll eat what we make onsite.  

• You will take home recipes for Fougasse and Victoria Sponge Cake along with tips, tricks and fun baking facts.
